This is my blog for my family and friends who wanted the recipes I have been making from various sources around the internet. I have started a low carb lifestyle change and this is my journal of that adventure.

Brazilian Shrimp Stew (Moqueca de Camaroes)
Two for the price one Sunday! :) I just had to post what we had for supper, because it was very delicious! I found this recipe over at I Breathe...I'm Hungry. This author also didn't want me posting her recipe, so go to her site if you want the recipe. Now once again, I didn't have Sriracha hot sauce, but I did have sweet chili sauce, so I substituted that. I found the flavour lacking just a little, so maybe I would use a bit more garlic next time. Perhaps I didn't add enough salt. I will definitely make this again. We did the whole cauliflower rice with it as well. Geoff even shredded the cauliflower for me. There's hope for that boy yet.
